Jeet Kune Do is a martial art that was created by the legendary Bruce Lee in the late 1960s. It translates to “Way of the Intercepting Fist” and is a modification of various traditional martial arts, predominantly the Chinese system of fighting called Wing Chun, in addition to Western style boxing and fencing.
